Discursive Essay Topic - Sudden Change Help!

Hey there, first post on The Student Room!

I have written my discursive piece about cannabis legalisation (first draft) and it was... dreadful (barely a 13) but I rewrote it and it was a lot better. Problem is - the memory stick that the only copy was saved on crashed.

I'm now wondering whether to start a new topic... it's a bit late but I don't want to write about cannabis again.

I was thinking to write something about the film industry as it is where I want to work in the future (I kind of do already :biggrin:

) but I can't think of a topic... maybe how film has changed to just make money and not tell a good story but I can't find much research/sources about this.
