Bacon, hard to cut off the fat but bacon and then you put them in a wrap with chicken, mayonnaise and some lettuce and loads of salt and pepper..... Wow

I like sausages but, they're not better than bacon.

Buy better bacon. Check the ingredients list (ingredients on a preserved meat, FFS!) and choose one with no added water or sugar.

But there's so much to worry about.

I worry about bacon quality.
I worry about bacon quantity.
I worry about added water.
I worry about added sugar (why do they do that, FFS?)
I worry about animal husbandry.
I worry about food adulteration.
I worry about the validity of use-by dates.
I worry about small farmers getting a fair price.
I worry about supermarket price-fixing of meat (noticed how it has gone up for Xmas?)
I worry about small breeds dying out.
I worry about how Danish bacon tastes of sand eels, not pig.
I worry about the ignorance of politicians because we put waste food in land-fill when we used to put it into pig food, because of the BSE health scare in cows.
I worry about where the chewy gristly bits have gone that bacon used to have when I was young.
I worry about whether to use ketchup or brown sauce.

Up here in the North West, the law tends toward ketchup on bacon and brown sauce on sausages. When they're not eating pies with chips and curry sauce.
