The south is really nice during summer, and popular among Brits as well. No Turkish city can compete with Istanbul though.

According to you, what are the pros and cons of Turkey and Britain?

I'm doing A levels, so not at university yet.

I really want to go to Istanbul, it looks amazing.

I like the people (most of the time)
London!

However, i don't like that its so anti-Islam and xenophobia seems to be on the increase too.

Nice weather
More religious compared to the UK
The GBP to TL exchange rate is also very good

Some of the people can be extremely spiteful and jealous. Here in the UK people generally mind their own business and keep their spite to themselves, but some people in Turkey are a lot more open in that sense.
