Project Plan

We Have has just been awarded the design and production of the new Disneyland Banknote Family. Key information is as follows:
• We received official award in 1st January 2016
• The designs are 80% complete but need to be finalised as part of the handover from the Commercial Bid team
• All customer communication will be done through the Delivery Manager
• The Key internal stakeholders are as follow:
o Customer Delivery Manager (You)
o Design Manager
o Planning Manager
o Finance Manager
o Shipping Manager
o Sales Manager
• Major risks include;
o A new product called “DLR AMAZE” which is still currently under development in R&D has been offered to customer on the 10 Pluto Pound.
o Customer is likely to includes maximum fines of £2,000,000 for late deliveries in draft contract
o All though we can meet the current delivery schedule (see below) it will be dependant on first time approval of new designs
• The customer is yet to confirm the Delivery split between Paris, California and Florida
