You're being asked to find the probability that the height is between 171 and 179 cm. This is twice as big as the prob that the height is between 175 and 179, by symmetry.

Convert 179 to a z value and you should be OK from there. I chose 179 rather than 171 as it will give you a positive z value, so is easier to work with.
