5 year vs 6 year medicine courses help? URGENT

what is the main differences between a 5 year and 6 year course in medicine? is their any differences after completion such as being looked down or not being able to do certain things after a 6 year course? please help
at least another 14k worth of debt, a year less salary and contributions to your pension but an extra point or more (See below) when applying for junior doctor jobs.

(Should say that you're unlikely to ever pay off 5 years of debt though, so the 6th maybe not that important)

edit points score 5 points for degrees: 5 points for PhD, 4 points for Masters or 1st class Bachelors, 3 points for 2:1, 2 points for 2:2

I know that on Oxbridge 6 year courses, the course structure is slightly different to other Uni's in terms of the division of skills vs theoretical knowledge. I'm not an expert though. Maybe look into the specifics of different courses and look into the outcomes of students on the courses?
