Hi I am looking to go to UCL next year but am concerned about the accomodation. I'm looking for somewhere social so I can meet some great people and hopefully form a close group with my flat. Also I want it to be clean. Any suggestions ?

Try the UCL forum for more info, but generally student accomodation is rarely clean!
