I think Germany will be ruthlessly efficient as usual, without being exceptional. They are just so good when it comes to the pressure cooker environments.
I might have a slightly perverse wish that if Germany go a couple of goals ahead the tensions in the Ukraine squad lead to a brawl (again)... I doubt it will happen but it would be kinda funny for the neutrals.
Serious prediction though, Germany to win 2-0, it will be uncomfortable though as Yarmolenko/Konpylanka will cause them problems at full back, especially for Emre Can.
Actually fully with UEFA on the threat to kick out England/Russia if violence continues. You've gotta hit people where it hurts and that will hurt, a lot.
Whether they actually do it or not is a different matter.
If UEFA were going to disqualify teams on the grounds of their fans being involved in violence, then already after the first 3 days of the tournament we'd have to ban England, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Northern Ireland, Poland, Turkey, the host nation France, and Serbia who are not even in the competition!!!
