Online/Part-Time MSc in Real Estate or Full-Time MSc construction management?

I'm at a crossroads and could really use some advice on my next educational journey. I currently live and work in The Netherlands with 10 years work experience in construction, and I have two options on my plate:

1. **TU Delft - MSc in Construction Management and Engineering**
- Tuition Fee: 2400 euros per year
- 2-year Full-time program

2. **University of Manchester - Online/Part-Time MSc in Real Estate**
- Tuition Fee: Approximately 20,000 euros for the 2-year program

I'm torn between the two because of the significant cost difference and the online nature of the University of Manchester's program. I'd like to hear your thoughts and experiences regarding these options. Here are a few specific questions I have:

- How valuable is an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Manchester?
- Is it worth resigning from my job and persuading MSc at TU Delft?
- Any insights into the quality of online programs at the University of Manchester?

Any advice, personal experiences, or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
