Short walk to University Park, hopper bus stops, NCT 36 and Indigo bus stop, NET tram stop, Beeston with various restaurants and shops (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Iceland, various Asian markets). Located next to the Courtyard Café, the Costcutter grocery store, reception and laundrette.

Rent is £140 per week (can be discussed). This covers ALL living costs (bills, WiFi, maintenance...) except food.
