Nothing.

1) Even if we vote to leave, we have a 2 year period of exit negotiations as defined by the Lisbon Treaty so there'll be a near zero impact before 2018

2) As an EU national you can actually get British citizenship before 2018, nobody already here will be deported.

So if you want to be a student and then leave there'll be no impact. If you wish to abandon your loyalty to your prior state and become British forever, then start an application for permanent residence now.

You can apply for a document certifying permanent residence if you’ve lived in the UK for 5 years as a qualified person. This will prove your right to live in the UK permanently.

You can also apply if you’re the family member of a qualified person, or you have a retained right of residence. You must have lived in the UK for 5 years.

In some cases you can get permanent residence if you’ve lived in the UK for fewer than 5 years.

The OP asked about citizenship not permanent residence.

Whilst the UK has no issue with multiple nationality, some EU countries do and there is no real pattern as to which countries do and which don't. Countries which you might think would be touchy about dual nationality, such as Greece, have no problem, yet the Netherlands which one might think was rather more sophisticated about this, strips Dutch citizenship from most people who naturalise elsewhere.
