b. 24 balloons
c. balloons less dense than clylinder case the atoms are more spread out in balloons?

Got the same initial two, then said would be the same.

b. 25312.5V
c. less Ek. Half magnitude of charge of alpha. so half Ek. Increase in Ek is less?

25 looks fine. I think i made a wrong calculation and got 4.8 A for b i)

Yay!! 17/20 I think for the multiple choice and all right so far apart from b and c in 25 as I never bothered to revise that stuff, really don't get it.

Did anyone else think that this exam was a lot easier than previous exams??

if everyones gettin different for 24 and 25, quite probably im wrong! lol! yeh, thot the exam was ok, but i didnt find sum of the past papers too bad either.

Lol i think you're right for 24 mate.....My calculation was indeed silly: 4.8V in part b i) lead me to get 0 ohms for R?! *smacks head*

I definately think it was a fair exam. The science exams tend to be fairly consistant every year (maths, on the other hand, is a joke!). I think it was on a par with last years, although i managed to get 90% for that (past paper)

I think I've done much better in this exam than any of the past papers I've done but then maybe I was just paying more attention.

24 was ok but I spent aaaages on 25 and didn't get anywhere ah well. At least I got one mark for a.

Eh, I finished in 45 minutes and just sat there for an hour and 45 either sleeping or looking over questions. [Still lost 2 marks for misreading]
