Spanish- Is my translation correct?

How would you say, "since Year 7, my typical day included catching the bus at 7:00 am"

If you have time then please translate the rest of the sentence:...attending 5 lessons, having lunch, and going to my tennis lesson after my lessons ended at 3:30pm".

My own attempt is: desde el año siete, mi día típico ha incluido: coger el autobús a las siete, asistir cinco clases, tomar un pequeño tentempié, y ir al leccion del tenis después de mi insti termina a las tres y media.

Are the verb tenses wrong? Is it too clumsy?
