Literally just revising it now!
Stage 1- no countries but like amazon tribes
Stage 2- Afghanistan and Libya
Stage 3-Brazil and China
Stage 4 Australia
Stage 5- UK, Germany and Japan

According to my AS Geography textbook:
Stage 1 - tribes in the rainforests of Brazil
Stage 2 - Nepal and Afghanistan
Stage 3 - Egypt and India
Stage 4 - most of Europe and the USA
Stage 5 - Japan, Italy and Germany
