Hi, I’m doing AQA Geography with the NEA as well. On the AQA website, there’s a very good example of an NEA on the available resources. It achieved 60 (full) marks. It’s on human geography, which may not be fully applicable, but it helps to guide you on how you should format your NEA and what information you should include.

If you can access the, Geo Factsheets and Geography Review are useful for the introduction/hypotheses rationale.
