Panicking about AS Cantonese speaking
Basically, my cantonese speaking happens on friday and I feel so unprepared! 
I read past papers for speaking and they have so much complicated stuff in it I feel like I'm not ready for the speaking. Is there any advice I can take up on to feel at least a bit more prepared for my speaking? I'm not really a native speaker so I have a little trouble. I also wanted to know if I were to speak cantonese to I have to speak like its written or just in a verbal manner?
