60% would probably result in a high B/low A.

Do you mean 65 as in one paper or overall?

Overall.
regardless, I got 76 out of 200. Not good enough, I know. I know that's a C, but obviously I could've given myself a few extra marks I shouldn't have. If C is 65 im confident I passed, as its rather difficult to miss out on 11 marks. However 70, that's only a 6 mark difference which makes me nervous..

Do you know roughly the minimum for a B is overall?

I think anything above 90 marks would be a B but I am not 100% sure. 70 marks is a C so it's a possibility for 97 to be a grade B.

I think that'll be either an A or A* but I'm guessing an A*. Well done.

70 marks will get you a C. It's still a pass, well done.

If you were doing higher then to get a grade C you need to get 70 marks - that is the minimum. Anything above that is of course higher grades. 70 marks in total, combined papers. Hope that answers your question.

The grade boundary for a C grade has never been higher than 65, so i don't know where you are getting 70 marks- minimum for a C grade from. I imagine this years grade boundary to be around the same as last years (65).

thanks for replying ^^ i was trying to be harsher on myself for marking just to be sure (think i lost like 13-15 marks for paper 1 instead of around 18-20) and so theyre probably not as accurate, but yay!
I got around 184/200 is that defiantly an A* ?
