History 20 marker help

Hello, soon I have to write my history 20 marker in class and the question I have is:

How much impact did Stalin's economic policies have on Soviet citizens in the years 1928-39?

I need to bring in I think 2 pages of notes, a page for my plan and a bibliography.
I have 5 different sources and can get quotes out of them.

I'd like some help on what do I need exactly for my bibliography, plan and notes, as well as how I should structure my essay, how I would write it, and any advice and help for this question and in general. I don't really know exactly how and I'd like some help so I can start preparing for it.
