Look up the company's websites for the company's values and link it to your answer e.g "I really admire the values of this company such as integrity and respect, which resonate with my own personal morals and values"

As the person above said, I would look at their website and see the keywords they're using about their company. Say how you agree with their morals etc and if you have experience with the company (i.e bought from them before) you should mention that you love their products and why!

Seriously this is the most basic question. They are asking you about your motivations and why you selected them rather than someone else. If you cnat give some logical and thoughtful reasons, then they will take someone who can provide them. As siggested by both above , do some research starting with the website.

You must have some idea why you wnat to work for them.

Look for reasons that show you know enough distincctive reasons, and not just becayse you need a job.
