I have a quick question regarding applying for student finance for a Level 3 Diploma, I understand that course fees would be covered by the 19+ loan (the applicant is 29), but what about living costs? Can applicants apply for a maintenance loan? If not what can they apply for?

There are no maintenance loans or indeed any form of help, apart from the learner loan (which is tuition fees) from student finance. If the course is under 16 hours, you may be entitled to some benefits.
