Level 5 Qualification in Human Resource Management

I have recently completed and self funded a level 5 course, and I would really like to do the Level 5 in September, however I have been quoted £1700 for the course which is not affordable for me.
I have enquired about the advanced learner loan, which I am not my course is not eligible for - do you know what other options are available to me, as I really don't want to stop learning now.
