Can someone help me?

I literally do not know what I am doing wrong in all my retail interviews
every single time- i get to this stage and then they don't ever tak em
I've practiced, done online course, everything and yet nothing
it becoming stressful
I don't know what to do at this point
I think the most important trait to have at an interview for a retail position is being positive. Retail stores look for people who are positive, nice and cheery in order for them to be well suited in fulfilling their role and high standards of customer service. Try enter the interview as confident as possible and smile a lot. This is all I can think of presuming you are not a criminal or you don't meet what they're looking for in terms of experience.
Honesty.

I've managed to get several jobs by answering questions where people would usually do a sales pitch with a straight simple answer.
For example, when employers ask why I want a job, I simply reply money is my motivator. Employers love that.
its weird as I have had retail experience. I used to work in a river island stre, yet everytime i apply to other stores i get to interview- and they reject me.
i don't know if my previous employers tampered with my file and gave me a bad name- it is worrying
Just keep trying and don't give up
