A Level Maths is required by some universities, so Maths would keep your university choices open. Taking a mixture of sciences and humanities/social science subjects is also a good idea, for example Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography or Economics. Also keep in mind that some universities require Maths, and won't accept other maths-related subjects like Economics or Statistics in place of it, so taking Maths and Economics would be better than just Economics, for example
