Room Avaliable for September
I have a newly refurbished double bedroom to rent in York. I am unable to keep this room as I am not going back to university. The other girls that you would be living with are all friendly and would welcome anybody new. The university is a fifteen to twenty minute walk away from the house and the city centre is also a short walk. Both the kitchen and the communal area are in good condition and there is a drive way in front of the house to park a car. The house also has a spacious garden at the back. There is two supermarkets (Morrison's & Asda) about five to ten minute walk away from the house and they both have 24hr cash points which may be convenient. The rent for the house is £75 per a week and the bills are separate at £15 a week. The deposit for the house is £300 and it is available to move in ASAP.
