Business with foreign languages without compulsory year abroad?

Hi everyone. I am looking for a business related course with modern languages. I live in Birmingham and for some reasons I have to chose an university where I can commute to every day. Even a course with Languages only would be fine as long as I don't have to spend my year abroad or living in another town.
Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
