Does anyone know how to construct a Scatchard Plot?

If yes, then can you please help me out here. I'm stuck on how to work out the bound/free ratio for the y-axis. I have my specific activity and free drug in nM, but I need to express my specific activity from cpm to fmol or something. How do I do that?
I'm really confused so any help would be appreciated.
