GCSE English language paper 1 question 5

First, what would you say is better to go with: description or story. And i want to start planning my question 5 but i dont know where to start, how should i plan it like on a big a3 sheet of paper, on a word document?? And if you give a suggestion please also say what I should be writing whilst I plan: top level phrases words, or just a plot (if you suggest story)
