Been a while since I last posted, really busy with work and little time for anything else including gym. Been playing football saturday's and for over a month been doing 1-on-1 mma training early morning on a Sunday. Football been going well recently, MMA has been going very well - going to try fit in some shadow boxing stuff during the week by myself and takedown practice (found the correct technique quite tricky).

Gym wise only thing thats been remotely near is the circuit/prowler/barbell-only stuff done at the end of the mma sessions. Planning to start again with my hours somewhat reduced now: most likely a one upper/lower day at home and a day at the gym near my work for accessories and perhaps the shadow boxing (already got a memb).
