some spanish lang questions

Hi!

I have a couple of questions about spanish:

I was wondering, with percentages in spanish, do you always have to put "el" in front?

Also, to say one is (as in because one is russian) can you use se es

is si always followed by the imperfect subj? (I want to say, if we live in a world...)

Thank you!

Yes, always use el when referring to a percentage.

Se es works okay I think.

You always use the present subjunctive after a phrase of doubt.

I agree with the first two but the third? I would say "si vivimos en un mundo..." I don't think the present subjunctive is used with si, but I'm not Spanish...

I know, I was agreeing with you  The subjunctive doesn't need to be used in that context!
