Edexcel maths help

Vectors,someone plz send me a detailed video abt explaining vectors if any of u are good at it then plz if u have the time explain it to me my exam is on the 24th and i have an exam on the 23rd and i feel like im behinddd with math since im not perfect with past papers yet. Ive seen many vector explanation vids but the type of question i want are never explained an example of wat i need explained is this

I really wish I could help you, but the picture itself is barely hard to see, let alone the question.
