Is it worth applying to Cambridge for Medicine, as an international applicant?

Oh and btw - the 7% quota doesn't mean that each college will only have 7% of their medics as international students. It varies from college to college with some college seeming to have a really high proportion of international medics, while others have barely any.
The pooling system does seem to even things out somewhat though as I know of at least 2 international medics who got offers from the pool.
