Bournemouth University - Room Available in great location 10 mins from Talbot Campus

Hey Guys! We're a group of 4 final year students currently looking for our 5th housemate, unexpectedly available due to one housemate deciding to leave university. As a group of 1 Female + 3 Males, we welcome all students.

The room available is a generously sized single room with shared bathroom, large shared living room, and a well equipped shared kitchen. Parking is available nearby to the property.
The location cannot be beaten, just a 10 minute walk to university, ideal for those early lectures. It's also just a 5-minute walk to the local shop (CO-OP), a 10-minute walk to the center of Winton and local bus stops nearby make it easy to get to the center of Bournemouth or Poole.
Currently being let with BU Lettings (Bournemouth Universities Lettings Agents) with an admin fee of just £126 - this includes contents insurance! Deposit is one month's rent required a month after payment of admin fee. Bills and Broadband NOT included in price - will be shared and paid amongst all housemates.
