Instagram recent post grey box glitch

I posted a multi-photo post two days ago on my instagram and today I noticed the thumbnail has turned into a grey box on my profile. When I tap it the first image says 'could not load. Tap to retry' but the other photos in the post load fine.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Have tried restarting phone, reinstalling, logging in and out to no avail

Can you at least provide us with a screenshot of this?
