What do you mean 'won't work'. What happens when they click it? Or is it greyed out?

You need an academic reference - not one from an employer.

Not greyed out , but the page just remains the same after clicking submit. I have to try in chrome…

Format is not the problem here, the referee has to type it out in the space provided

could your employee copy and paste their writing to save it, then restart the browser or use a different browser to submit it?

Check with your Universities that they will accept this - most won't.

My referee has tried it in every browser…. Still not able to submit. My referee has sent the pics of the technical glitch to UCAS on Instagram…. They are yet to respond. Am really worried

could your referee also email the reference to the university admissions people?
