Renewable Engineering Degree without honours

I'm gonna try to keep this short and sweet.
I'm on my final referral attempt for one module which is the absolute bane of my life. It looks like I will fail it (I will be applying for some extenuating circumstances).
Worst case, 340 out of 360 credits will mean I won't graduate with honours.
How will this affect my employment chances?

Could potentially be an issue as you won't have an honours degree, although you'll still have a degree. Some job ads specific an honours degree, but I guess if it just says a degree than a degree without honours is fine.
