Yeah if you've worked in retail before just talk about a time where you had a difficult or unique customer and you went out of your way to get the what they wanted/needed.

any past example from working in a shop will work. If you have no retail experience, how about when you conducted volunteering work, i.e. collecting money from the public for providing a service like packing bags in a supermarket. Or maybe when you had to deal with customers during your work experience in yr10/yr11.
