Tips for revising maths

I'm at maths a level and honestly my maths is a bit of a mess. I've got the techniques, but just can't figure out when to apply them, was wondering if anyone has any tips or links that helped them with learning to apply the techniques and recognising implied techniques? I'm already using my maths, physics and maths tutor, mr barton etc
