Is is possible to take AS resits during November?

"Is is possible to take AS resits during November?"
My school does not do this at all, but is it possible if i take the exams at other colleges/ schools maybe? I think by doing so, it will ease the stress/ work level i will have in January..

I want to retake some of my biology modules on AQA board.
I've check the website, and the exam timetables only starts from January 2009..so i'm unsure?

No its not Jan only.

I remember a girl couldn't come in for her sumemr maths exam and was told she'd be allowed to do it in November...there was extenuating circumstances there I think though and, it may only apply to Maths (and probably English). Maths was on AQA for her.
