I'm considering this course for my masters. My undergrad is neuroscience, from what I've read about this course there is a food industry focus... did you find this to be the case? I want to pursue neuroscience in the future but considering a different but related subject for masters for breadth of knowledge. How did you find the course? And what was your undergrad?
