OK, so you have 24x3=542^{4x-3} = \dfrac{5}{4}.

First rewrite that exponential in the form 2ab\dfrac{2^a}{b} using index laws for some values of a and b, then multiply both sides by b to simplify, then take logs to base 10 of both sides. What do you get?
