are you a Welsh applicant? I think the form you’re referring to is just a breakdown of how much of the loan you have to payback based on household income. eg. if you fall into the lowest income bracket, most of your loan is a grant and you only pay back around 1k each year. alternatively, if you fall into the highest income bracket, only 1k is a grant and the rest has to be paid back. Everyone is entitled to borrow the full loan though
