Access to engineering LearnDirect

Hello! I was going to stay an access course for engineering but the local college isn’t doing it this year. I’ve looked through a lot of courses and my best option seems to be the online based course through learn direct. I’m a bit worried because it’s going to be an intense course to do so I’d like to know that I’ve got the appropriate support. I spoke to the sales guy for learn direct and it just seemed scripted, fair enough he’s trying to sell the course but I didn’t feel like this was going to be a good idea. Has anyone got any experience with them doing a more intense course? Thanks for your help
