Hello, Traceyann7
Thank you for your question. My name is Rebecca I am a student ambassador for Middlesex University. I would recommend taking a look at this page with tips for interviews https://www.mdx.ac.uk/study-with-us/undergraduate/interviews-portfolios-and-auditions
I would also recommend talking to our ambassador for nursing courses Antonio here
https://www.mdx.ac.uk/student-life/chat-with-students
Middlesex University has a great equal focus on practical and theory based learning that helps to equip you for your chosen career the placements throughout your course are a big part of this.

I applied for biomedical engineering and got an offer today but the wording is confusing.
The first line says minimum 128 ucas (~ABB) tariff points. But the second line says minimum of 32 points in a level science and 40 points in a level maths (~BCC).

Hello Ahm_201
Thank you for your question, my name is Rebecca I am a student ambassador for Middlesex University. I had a look at the Biomedical engineering course webpage and it states the entry requirements are 112 - 128 UCAS points with GCSE Grade 4/C in Mathematics and English and in A level Maths Grade B or above and A level Science Grade C or above.
You can read more here https://www.mdx.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/biomedical-engineering?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google_search&utm_content=subject_biomedicalscience_ads&utm_campaign=ec_ug22_apply

I hope this helps and apologies for the confusion.
If you have any more questions or need further clarification then feel free to send me a message.

If you haven't already I would recommend booking onto our online open days to talk to staff and students from the veterinary nursing course. You can sign up here for the online event on the 23rd March https://www.mdx.ac.uk/get-in-touch/meet-us/pg-open-events
One of the things I really like about studying at Middlesex University is the equal focus of practical and theoretical skills such as support from MDX works to improve your CV and prepare for job interviews.
