If you already have a degree
You cannot usually get student finance for another degree. There are some exceptions, for example if you want to study:

- medicine
- dentistry
- architechture
- social work

However, there are some exceptions if you had to leave your course for compelling reasons.

For specific advice I'd advise contacting them. I hope this helps somewhat though.

Hi I found a list that includes Psychology Bsc as an exception for funding for second degree that'd why I was asking to make sure as every website says different things! Is there an email address or easy to contact website for student finance Wales as I can't find anywhere to chat directly etc. Thank you

Not a problem, their contact details are found here: https://www.studentfinancewales.co.uk/contact/ - Guessing you'll need the Postgraduate number from that webpage.

Would you mind sharing that link? I'd go off what the SFW site says directly, but would definitely clarify with their customer service first.
