Anyone know how the difficulty rating works on the IYGB papers?

I think the first number (4.2600 in this case) is out of 5, and follows the old star system that I've seen people talk about on other threads.

For the second number, I got this from the old 2005 Spec Madas Page:
The difficulty rating (the second number indicated at the front of each paper) is a very rough UMS converter, so long as the total marks in the paper are 45 or more.
UMS = TOTAL MARKS multiplied by the DIFFICULTY RATING
e.g. total marks = 55
difficulty rating = 1.4033
U.M.S = 77 (approx).

(UMS being a way of standardising the marking of papers across different examination boards.)
