As bad as it sounds, I don’t want to eat but I don’t want to loose muscle mass

And I don’t want to go to the gym.

I’d actually rather not eat than eat junk food or get very stressed about preparing healthy food. I am ****ing idiot.
Eat whatever you like, but try low-fat and high-protein alternatives. Do home workouts. Should be alright.

This could be an actual problem. I'd advise going to the doctor's and discussing it with them.
