Where am i actually supposed to put my answers in a level maths papers?

This might be a stupid question. But i never actually learned where to put my answers. Ive just been doing the working out and then circling or making the answer clear at the bottom, is that wrong?
They should be able to figure it out through your working, assuming the answer is in the final line?
The last thing i write after all my working is my answer. Is that right or should I be doing it some other way?
I think it should be fine, I do the same and no teacher has had a problem with finding my answer?

Work through the question and make sure your answer is on the final line. Some people like to underline it or circle it.

Try to explain your method and put each line of working under each other.
I always circled or put two diagonal lines to the right of the answer to clearly indicate it
