I met the conditions for my offer a couple weeks ago, the offer was updated from conditional to unconditional on UCAS last Wednesday and I received a email today from the admissions team requesting scanned/photos of qualification certificates (degree, highers etc) as part of the admissions process (I'm a mature student so I don't have this on a digital account)
Not sure if that helps but the admissions team have been quite quick.
I'm sure the team will be very busy with the new intake of students coming and the preparing for clearing etc
If you are worried or need the CAS for visa etc then give them a quick call
*worth noting that my course is starting in August so maybe earlier start dates have higher priority
