why do u need to have work experience to get into a medical college?, wont 4 a's be sufficient enough to get into a medical college without work experience

It's evidence that you know what a hospital environment is like to work iin, that you're dedicated to becoming a doctor (ie you're willing to change bedpans if that's what it takes rather than just saw er/casualty and fancied being called doctor) and that you realise that being a doctor is about more than glamour and straight As - it's about caring for people and making tought decisions.
