What grades do you consider objectively good?

I know it varies based on your personal standards but in your opinion what GCSE and a level grades do you think are objectively good grades and you think people who get them are intelligent?
7 and above
Well, for GCSEs I'd say 7/8/9 with a few more 8s and 9s. For A-level predicted grades, A & A*s. But for actual A-levels it can range from B-A* as it doesn't matter much as long as you meet your offer.
As it varies based on your personal standards, the only grade that can be objectively good is a 9. Nobody can be disappointed with a 9 but people can be disappointed with an 8 or less.
Grade C and above (i.e a "good" pass).
None. Grades are not good at representing the person's intelligence nor creativity. It is not accurate at even communicating to what the person has learned or achieved. It's a nonsensical value that defines people's future.
